Bacon wrapped meatloaf is the perfect comfort food for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef

  • 1 lb bacon

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

  • 1 pkg McCormick meatloaf mix

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup dry Italian seasoned bread crumbs

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup cooked white rice

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Mix together all ingredients, except bacon in a large bowl and mix until well blended.
  • Place meat mixture into a loaf pan or a small casserole pan and shape into a loaf shape.
  • Wrap bacon around meatloaf until covered.
